[MA] Country Team Leader - Sales Workshop Concepts and Services Japan

The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) of Robert Bosch provides one of the most complete product portfolios globally. Our range includes Wipers, Batteries, Spark Plugs, Starter Motors and Alternators as well as Braking, Fuel Injection, Ignition and Diesel products. The Mobility Aftermarket division also encompasses the Bosch Service Center network, which offers a complete range of diagnostic and repair services along with a wide range of spare parts.

Job Description

  • Overall P&L responsibility (i.e., Turnover development, cost structure, budget management, profitability (EBIT))
  • Analyze the market and existing network for potential development of a Bosch Car Service (BCS) network (in line with the growth strategy; Ambition 2030)
  • Define value proposition and commercial conditions of network based on market conditions and customer needs
  • Monitor and ensure high quality level of BCS network according to central standards
  • Develop consulting concept for BCS network based on KPIs, digital data analysis and benchmarks
  • Manage candidate evaluation, selection and certification and supervise performance improvement
  • Support Business Development of the Network by bringing them new business opportunities via cooperations with third parties
  • Defining and implementing a proper digital ecosystem strategy among BCS and Bosch Service Dealer (BSD) network
  • Marketing & Communication campaign planning (B2B and B2C)

Qualifications

Required/Mandatory:

  • P1-1 level (Experience in management, evaluation of associate development, management of associates’ administrative topics (i.e., working hours, etc.))
  • Experience in leading a team, proven leadership training skills and ability to motivate & inspire others is highly preferred
  • Ability to sell, grow business, and build relationships with customers and external partners
  • Experienced in analyzing financial reports and determining actions to improve the results
  • Open-minded & flexible towards necessary changes and/or adaptations based on industry trends and customer needs/requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills (across APAC and SWS HQ)
  • Proficient in English (TOEIC 700+) and Japanese
  • Hold a current and valid driver’s license

Optional/Preferred:

  • Ability to develop, deliver and display brand integrity
  • A systematic, analytical, and constructive approach towards problem-solving
  • Experience within a franchise business would be highly regarded
  • Possess a high level of emotional intelligence and is a great listener

Additional Information

  • Hold a relevant tertiary education
  • Experience with CRM and systems such as SAP
  • Ability to prioritize based on division objectives and best return on time investment
